StairCycle Innovations, LLC warrants each new StairCycle frame, or original component part of the StairCycle against defects in workmanship and materials:

For three years of the original owner:
  1. The StairCycle frame.
For one year:
  1. Transmission Assembly.
  2. Pedal Mount Assembly.
  3. Non original parts are covered by original manufacturer warranty, including handlebar stem set, brake levers, front hub and wheel, Shiman8 speed hub, optional stationary trainer.


Previous statement components shall be covered by the stated warranty of the original manufacturer.

Warranty does not cover
  1. Normal wear and tear.
  2. Improper assembly.
  3. Improper follow-up maintenance.
  4. Installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for, or compatible with, the StairCycle as sold.
  5. Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  6. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.

This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components.

This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and is the sole remedy of the warranty.This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable. StairCycle Innovations, LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you



Claims under this warranty must be made through an authorized StairCycle dealer. Proof of purchase is required. The subject item must be registered with StairCycle Innovations, either through on-line registration or by the receipt of a warranty registration card by StairCycle Innovations LLC, before a warranty claim may be processed.
