Please copy this number and enter on the form located on the register StairCycle page.Click on the register link on the left side of this screen. Please also include the date of purchase. Please fax a copy of the purchase transaction. These are required for us to process any claims against the StairCycle™and its components. StairCycle Innovations®, LLC is happy to refund the entire cost of the StairCycle™ minus shipping and handling in the event you are unsatisfied with the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please call StairCycle Innovations®, LLC for a return authorization. All refunds must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt and must be returned in the original container and in undamaged condition. StairCycle Innovations® will then arrange for pickup at your location and the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from the original cost of the StairCycle™ (not including original shipping cost). Upon receipt of the returned StairCycle™, any damages (excluding return shipping) will be assessed and a refund will be issued to the original purchasers credit card number. Assessed damages will be at the sole discretion of StairCycle Innovations® and pro-rated.  |
